Terms & Conditions – Money & Marriage Masterclass

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Money & Marriage Masterclass (the “Masterclass”) provided by Coaching with Kim Kent (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing and attending the Masterclass, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment & Registration

• The Masterclass is a paid event with an admission fee of $11.11 AUD.
• Payment is required in full at the time of registration.
• Your spot is confirmed only upon successful payment.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital education and limited spots available, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
• If Coaching with Kim Kent cancels or reschedules the Masterclass, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Masterclass Access & Replay

• The Masterclass will be conducted live online at the scheduled time.
• If a replay is provided, access will be available as specified upon registration.
• You are not permitted to share, sell, or distribute access to the live session or replay.

5. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer

• The Masterclass provides educational and informational content only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
• You acknowledge that any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided in the Masterclass are solely your responsibility.
• Coaching with Kim Kent makes no guarantees regarding financial outcomes or relationship improvements as results vary per individual.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content shared in the Masterclass, including videos, slides, and documents, remains the intellectual property of Coaching with Kim Kent.
• You may not copy, record, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Masterclass without prior written consent. In doing so will result in legal action. 

7. Limitation of Liability

• Coaching with Kim Kent is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your participation in the Masterclass.
• By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Coaching with Kim Kent and its representatives from any claims relating to the Masterclass.

8. Privacy Policy

• We collect personal information (such as name and email) solely for registration, communication, and delivery of the Masterclass.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
